Paula resigned my basement to create a more functional space for entertaining, playing pool, working out and watching television. Paula worked closely with us to understand our needs and design preferences. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the process. This is my third redesign with Paula and I have complete trust and confidence in her. Paula is a true professional, respectful and a joy to work with. She has helped me turn my house into a home where we enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Paula Stewart Designs is the complete package! Paula developed and guided me through a first floor redecorating plan that eventually evolved into a kitchen renovation, too. She was flexible, had great ideas and excellent follow through to ensure the project was on track. She referred me to amazing craftswomen for custom curtains and pillows and furniture recovering as well. Thanks Paula, I love my new space!

Paula has done several projects for our family. The biggest one being a kitchen renovation where she came up with the best design and was instrumental in the overall look and feel that we were going for - absolutely love my kitchen! She has also worked on several smaller projects of updating rooms in our house. I am a fairly demanding person and I can honestly say, it doesn't get any better than Paula. She is an excellent listener and based on your needs and budget, she will surpass you expectations. The kitchen renovation had several bumps due to one of the contractors and Paula served as a key role to not only help identify potential issues, but resolve the situation. She made the numerous selections required for a kitchen renovation easy and fun. Can't say enough good things about her and her willingness to go above and beyond. She is extremely talented, resourceful and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Paula has assisted me with many projects over the last several years. She has updated our family room, living, dining, patio and front porch. So, when it came time to build a vacation property house I turned to Paula for design ideas. I could not be more pleased with the results. She made recommendations beginning with the house plans modifying the floor plans and adding some features to give it a better design style. She considered the property and setting to maximize the design impact. She has assisted me with choosing everything for this house (cabinets, tile, light fixtures, counter tops, paint colors, furniture and accessories). I'm so pleased that everything we have chosen will coordinate and flow with the design of the house. Paula gives me several options to choose from so that I can be part of the process but not have to feel overwhelmed with so many choices. She knows what I like after working with me on so many projects and has kept our budget in mind with her selections. She is so talented, practical and a pleasure to work with!

I consulted with Paula to update and redesign our living room which is now a beautiful, inviting space that we continue to receive compliments on from family and friends. I had a wonderful experience with Paula. She is comfortable to work with, has an amazing eye and is extremely talented at her craft. Paula is timely, responsive, and completely professional. She listened to my style preferences and presented a room design layout based on our initial discussion and measurement of the space. She knows how to guide the right choices, everything from furniture and accessory selection to lighting and draperies. I also came to appreciate that Paula would be clear when something wouldn’t work that I may have suggested. She managed to accommodate our budget concerns and found many fabulous pieces for this room. I highly recommend Paula’s services and will continue to use her for decorating projects in the future.

Paula turned a dull boring room into a beautiful and comfortable space that everyone in the family can enjoy. She helped us choose furniture, select fabrics for custom curtains, designed custom pillows and went shopping for accessories. She was amazing!! We will definitely work with her again!

We needed an update to our family room space. Our needs were to have a comfortable living area with a sectional and a dedicated desk area. We wanted to keep a couple of pieces of furniture. Our space is more cozy (meaning small!) and she really helped with the space planning and re-purposing of those pieces. She did a beautiful job of color suggestion, layout and final detail to our space. She got to know our interests and was able to incorporate those into our space. She was very easy to work with, very accessible during the process and was always on the "lookout" for accessories that would go well in our new space. I have recommended her to several of my friends and would consult with her again without hesitation.
