I am the Assistant Manager at the Cosmopolitan Residences on South Beach. We have personally used Quality 1 Cleaning & Restoration for several building projects, and they have exceeded expectation. I experienced a flood in my condominium and Quality 1 was there in under 30 minutes to begin flood remediation. They were fast, professional and trustworthy. They even helped me recover under my insurance. Great company! Highly recommend.

I am president of a Miami Condominium Association and we have used Quality 1 Cleaning & Restoration three times in the past. Beginning with an upper hallway (8th floor) flood due to a broken fire sprinkler in 2006, again in 2012 after a major flood to the building caused by a contractor error with a pool deck drain system and a third time in 2013 when one apartment unit experienced another broken fire sprinkler. In short, we have had much experience with this company. The reason I gave them 5 Stars in this survey is because of several factors. They showed up immediately with a qualified team of workers. Second, the cleanups were done in timely fashion, professionally and with great respect for the wishes of residents in the building (who otherwise would have been greatly disturbed by the proceedings.) This company then allowed us to work out a payment plan for the large amount of money owed to them by our association upon completion of their restoration work. That was a huge "plus" for us. I highly recommend Quality 1 to others because of the above mentioned facts. Additionally, my belief is that their charges were more than fair and they are fully licensed and insured. Yoni Azran from Quality 1 came to my property, and lived up to the motto on his business card by giving me an honest evaluation of my situation instead of trying to sell me services that I did not need.
