RQM Homes, LLC was founded by Russ Milam. In 2000 we began with remodeling and investment properties and expanded operations into new custom home building in 2002. Over the years, we've worked with many subcontractors and have put together a team that cares about their work and creating a finished product that we are proud of. We are a local business focused on building and benefiting our community for long term growth. My family is involved in the local community, so, our reputation means more than high profit margins. My wife and business partner Quenna, is a key member of RQM Homes. She handles design for all our spec houses. She's also available to work with our clients on the selections if needed. My son, Caleb, graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville and is now the project manager for the company.. My daughter, Alexa, graduated recently form University of AR at Fayetteville and Grad school from UAMS. We will not cut corners. We spend the money required to ensure our clients can sleep at night knowing that the things they cannot see are of the highest quality.
