Wanted information regarding doors. The gentleman at front desk was extremely rude and condescending. He made the impression from our work clothes that we could not afford certain items and directed us to the "cheapest" items stating that we could not afford certain items. He lost our business for windows and doors for our major renovation.

As a general contractor we've worked with R&K for many years and found the service, attention to detail and timeliness unmatched. When we're under time constraints R&K has always gone the extra mile to help me pull projects together and meet the deadline. I unreservedly recommend R&K to anyone requiring building materials, windows, doors, etc. The proof of an outstanding organization is of course not how they perform when things are going well, but rather their response when challenges arrive, and R&K has earned my respect.
