Resort Custom Homes

I don’t know where we would be if we hadn’t used Resort to design and build our home on Lake Keowee SC. Matt and his team especially Kevin and Leighann are our heroes. Tom Markalunas designed our beautiful home. He made our dream home come to life. The Snelgroves thank you for everything.

Working with Resort Custom Homes (RCH) has been a great blessing. We hired them as a design and build firm after carefully researching and interviewing several firms. Clearly, Tom Markalunas of RCH is the most talented, thoughtful, and thorough professional I have ever worked with on any project. This was not our first home or building construction project. Our past experiences only reinforce our awareness of the exceptional experience we are having with Tom and his team at RCH. Tom, an accomplished architect, helped us redesign our architectural plan adding beauty and function, his partner, Matt Vogt, skillfully managed the construction and finances, and Kevin Roesch has been an outstanding project manager. Our home is scheduled to be completed in May 2015. We believe it will be a Houzz worthy home, due to the efforts of our entire team. I would wholeheartedly recommend the wonderful team at RCH for any home construction project in the Upstate area.

I manufacture the flooring and other architectural elements for Resort Custom Homes. However, as a manufacture of design based custom flooring, I am extremely impressed with the value and product that Resort Custom Homes delivers to their customers. Mrs Faulkenberry was very professional to work with the entire time we were designing and building our house. She came up with creative ideas to help us make a vision and helped us make our visions happen! She was thorough and a pleasure to work with.
