Refinish First in Boise

Chris did an amazing job! The countertops turned out amazing! He was very polite, professional and clean. I look forward to doing a bathroom next and encourage friends and family to try them out!

Refinish First came out to our home and refinished both the kitchen and the bathroom. From beginning to end of the project Chris kept us informed and up to date on the progress. We love the new results!

Had tub reglazed with numerous runs. Came back to fix 2 weeks later and just sanded them down leaving tub with shiny glaze and dull sanded areas.

I hired Refinish First to refinish my bathtub and tile. It went really well, it looks like new, I was amazed at how good it looks. It was in my budget, and didn't take long at all. They did a great job, I will recommend them to others.

I contacted Refinish First for bathtub refinishing and ended up using them for the tub as well as the tile above my tub and our bathroom counters. It turned out amazing, we are very pleased with the results. They were very professional.

We hired Refinish First based on their good rating and reviews and ended up being very disappointed. The initial technician who came out to refinish our garden tub, was very polite and worked very clean--except for the fact that he left two very visible footprints in the bottom of our tub and neglected to spray the front edge of the tub. When we contacted the owner David, he acted very hassled and pointed out that "if we wanted a new tub, we should buy one", but agreed to correct the problem. That Saturday, about forty-five minutes after the agreed upon time, the first technician--not the owner, as it was promised to us-showed up. Needless to say, we sent him home. We called the company the following Monday and left a message. Five days passed before we heard back from them. We finally got a different technician to respray the tub--only now it looked like a five-year old had taken a spray can to it! There were numerous, large and very visible runs all over the interior, paint had run down the inside walls of the tub and pooled on the bottom, and the surface had an unsightly orange peel. We wrote the company a letter, informing them that the work was sub-standard and we need to have the problem corrected, but as of December 5, 2014, have not heard back from them. We have now contacted another company and gotten an estimate to repair the damage done by Refinish First. The cost exceeds by far the original charges.

Great way to redo my old tile counter tips (bathroom tile with wide missing grey grout). Picked white with Pollack style splash of black. Best $1000 I ever spent
