Regal Construction Incorporated

This company provided a proposal for 27K, then refused to provide a change order until completion of the project and gave me a proposal for 68K. He refused, REFUSED, to provide itemization of the costs. I got rid of him and hired another crew. Stupidly, because I trusted him based on another job he did for me, I paid him part of the monies for the new proposal. Now I have learned through other estimates that the work he did was not even 25K worth. This is the kind of contractor that gives the good guys a bad name.
