Rich Color Improvements

Sandra and Richard are very easy to work with. Sandra is very responsive and helpful with design choices. My project was completed early and within the budget estimate. Most importantly, it looks fantastic!

We contracted with Rich Color Improvements to remodel our two bathrooms and kitchen. When we first started on this journey, a friend told me that if the contractor says it will take two weeks, expect it to take 4 weeks. That’s not how Sandra works. She schedules each worker to come in, do their job and get out. When she told us that our bathroom would take two weeks and our kitchen would take 3 weeks, that’s exactly how long it took. One of the things I like about this company is that their painter, tiler, electrician and plumber have worked with Rich Color Improvements for years. The same person who painted my first bathroom remodel was the same person who painted my kitchen cabinets. We knew their names and how many kids they had. We weren’t nervous about having strangers in our house. And these guys are the best in their field. Sandra keeps you up to date by email or by text who was going to be doing what that day and Rich came by everyday to check up on things. When the final remodeling job was done, I was happy to see the end of it but sad because I realized that we would not see Sandra and Rich again.

We are extremely happy with the remodel work done for us by Rich Color Improvements. Sandra and Rich are very professional and great to work with from project conception through completion. They are responsive to e-mails, texts and face-to-face communication. They developed our concept and vision into designs that exceeded our expectations. The vendors and subcontractors they work with are excellent. Their cost estimates were accurate and they delivered the project on time. We were completely satisfied and plan to use them again on another project.

We have used Rich Color now for several remodel jobs across a few of our properties. When we get ready to redo the kitchen in our primary home we will continue to work with Rich, Sandra and their team. The work quality is second to none and their work ethic is great, you will not have to worry whether there guys will show up tomorrow or not.

Rich Color completed three separate projects for our family including: exterior trim painting and repair, interior sheet rock repair, and an extensive bathroom remodel. The schedule for each project was monitored and all projects were completed on time and within our budget parameters. Close attention was given to our desires and questions. Rich Color provided strong, extensive knowledge of materials and construction methodology. Their employees were trade professionals. Importantly for me, they made certain project work areas were cleaned up daily before leaving for the night. I can, without reservation, recommend this company and will hire them for future work. If you want to have a job done right, hire Rich Color Improvements.

Just bought a new house that needed updating. Kitchen, bathrooms, painting looked better than HGTV. The rebuilt media room is AWESOME. Sandra is great to work with. Richard is totally focused on quality. The project was finished early and under budget. This is the only firm I will use in the future.

Our kitchen is BEAUTIFUL! Our project would not have gotten off the ground without Sandra and, her expertise that guided us from start to finish-on schedule and within our budget. Rich color home improvement took our 1974 kitchen and breakfast room down to the studs, added new custom cabinets, pantry, granite countertops, farmhouse sink and lighting. Family and friends were WOWED!

Rich Color Improvements just finished remodeling three bedrooms and two baths for me. They did a great job. The people they have working for them are very professional. The remodel came in on budget and finished a day early. Sandra has a way of listening to the customer and offering choices to support what the customer wants. Rich came by most days to check on progress and answer any questions I had. I will be using them again when we remodel the master bedroom and bath. This was the third time they have done work for me.

We've had two jobs completed by Rich, Sandra and their crew. They removed the popcorn in the entire house and painted most of our rooms. They do excellent work and are very professional and timely. Great experience working with Sandra and Richard on our master bath remodel. They took our design ideas, offered tips and were sensitive to our budget and timeline. We got two bids and found them to be reasonably priced. Subs were courteous and professional and we were comfortable leaving them in our home. They kept us on budget with periodic invoices and we always knew what was coming up in the following week. We finished on time which was important to us as we stayed in our master bedroom during the process. The bathroom is beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
