I had Josh come by on numerous times on a botched roofing job. He sealed holes from the nails to tarp. Then replaced roof shingles and siding on dormers. He’s the best. I feel confident with the job well done.

I had Josh complete some difficult work for me taking out rotting wood in my foyer floor, door sills and complete replacement of my porches both front and back, and remediation of some poor workmanship by other tradesmen. The job was done efficiently and with a high attention to detail. Josh is a good, old fashioned craftsman with a high sense of ethics, and I was very impressed with him and his work. He was recommended to me by a friend who had a lot of work completed on his house due to rot around his windows (also a tricky job) and he had nothing but the highest praise for the quality of work completed and the pleasant nature with which it was done. Everything was cleaned up each day before leaving the job site, and I was shown each item on our list as it was completed to ensure I was happy with what had been done. I was also kept adequately informed during all phases of the project. River Valley Roofers was miles above the other workmen I had on site (except for my electrician who was pretty awesome too). River Valley Roofers was a pleasure to work with. Our initial schedule got pushed back a few days, but they were very good at communicating this and finished the job on schedule otherwise. They were thoughtful as to where to put the dumpster and good about covering up flowerbeds and working around the pool area which made my girlfriend happy.
