I have worked with Installations Plus & Jon for several years on other projects. I have also hired his company on several occasions to install tiles at my own house. His crew has always been professional, dedicated, and reliable. Installations plus has installed different material tiles, sizes, and design for my powder room, bathrooms, and mudroom. They have always been very conscientious of the final design and layout. Jon has a talent for finding people who take pride in a quality job!

I would recommend Installations Plus to anyone for tile installation. The project entailed installing porcelain floor tile and shower tile which was a combination of a number of materials. I worked with Bill Daniels and his team of installers and office staff. The office staff was accommodating and professional. The installers were extremely hardworking, respectful of my home, and expert in what they do. I am beyond thrilled with the results. It was not a simple installation and Bill worked with me for a long time to figure out the best way to implement the plan, including a linear drain in our shower. I could not have completed the project successfully without his knowledge and expertise. He was very patient with his somewhat - anxious client and lovely to work with. I will definitely use his company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

These people are a customers nightmareI hired them to install 36 square feet of floor tile for a 1/2 bathroomthe quoted price was $2150 . I gave them a deposit, scheduled an appointed 2 plus weeks out. I prepped this bathroom to get it ready for the installation on 4/30 , I had my plumbing take out the vanity toilet, and shower fixtures, this was my only functioning bathroom, the others are being remodeled as wellTwo days before I emailed to confirm the time they would arrive, the office manager said they would not be doing the work , there was a miscommunication, and that they were to busy to do the workI explained that this was scheduled and need them to do the right thing and honor the contract I had with them, The picture I attached is how this company left meThey told me bottom line they weren't doing the job nowThis is most extreme unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. They had the opportunity to do the right thing , execute the work, but chose to leave me in a true hardship, it would have taken 1 -1.5 daysI urge people to stay form this company
