It was a pleasure to work with Robin!!! She staged my house and it was awesome!! Everybody who came to see my house that was on sale, commented how well the house was staged. I was very pleased and highly recommend Robin!

Her taste is excellent. She was very professional and answered all the questions that I had. She was able to use some of my stuff in the house which made me feel really good.

I chose Savvy Staging over other companies because she was the most responsive initially. Then when I saw her previous work and met her I knew that she would be a good fit- and did not disappoint! I joked that the staging she did made me want to move into the condo I was selling. I was able to sell in about 3 weeks at asking price and I think Robin's staging really helped. Also reasonably priced.

My listing was vacant and looking pretty tired. After a few weeks, we decided to get some help. Robin's staging brought life and energy back into the house and we received multiple offers soon after. I would highly recommend Savvy Staging!

I hired Robin to stage a rental house that we had on the market for quite some time. She gave me some good suggestions about where to spend any additional money and then offered me two different price points. One price point was to stage the entire house and another to stage just two of the four bedrooms. Once she got started, Robin was in constant contact and promptly completed all that she said she was going to do. The house looked amazing once she was finished. She really does stage the house right down to the towels. After the staging we started to get higher and higher offers where previously we had just been getting really low ball offers. I highly recommend Savy Staging if you are considering staging your home for resale.

We are thankful that we hired Robin to help us with our kitchen remodel. She had excellent advice regarding the overall design of our kitchen, and she was especially helpful with color recommendations. Robin has an eye for color and helped us with the final granite selection, even meeting us at our granite supplier to help us pick out the final slabs! We plan on hiring Robin again for our next project.

FANTASIC EXPERIENCE, Highly recommended. I was selling a 2 BR, 2 Bathroom condo in the city of Richmond that was previously rented out. Once the tenants moved out with all of their furniture, the condo looked very small and the walls were in bad shape. After walking through the unit with Robin, she recommended a painter, who did a fabulous job, and ideas for staging. She provided furniture for the entire condo including 2 bedrooms, one as an office, both bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Not only did she supply all of the furniture, but also, accessories, towels, books, paintings, items for the kitchen counters, bathroom counters, even items in bedroom closets. The whole house looks very upscale. Her prices are very reasonable. She charges an up front design and set up fee. Then a low monthly fee for as long as you need the furniture. Robin is very professional, reliable, and a pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Savvy Staging again!

In a word ......AWESOME!!!! We went back and forth on whether we should stage our house for selling and once we decided to do it we tried a person before and they were horrible. I decided to give it another try and did some research online...I found Savvy Staging and she was GREAT! She was responsive, nice, respectful of budget and worked incredibly hard to make everything just right. We rented furniture from a third party provider and handled EVERYTHING from scheduling delivery, receiving delivery, and coordinating pick up. We sold the house prior to our open house (about an hour after she finished) and I KNOW it was because of her staging...it was AMAZING! I would recommend her services to EVERYONE and say to anyone who is on the fence....."Don't think about it, just do it, but only do it if you are using Savvy Staging!

I recently downsized my living arrangements leaving behind my three bed room home for a one bedroom condo. I asked Robin to help me with the last steps of the move, to in effect decide what to do with the art I had collected over several years. I put all of my pictures etc. out in the hall and asked her to take in the new place and the art and give me her suggestions for placement. I wanted to maintain a clean, uncluttered look and I wanted to hold on the pieces that were meaningful for me. Robin began to move things around and suggest possibilities and we began to see the new look of the condo emerge. Robin was able to put things together in creative ways and after she left and I put everything in place I was overwhelmingly pleased. She has a great eye and she also has the ability to hear the client and to respond to what they hope to achieve. I feel like I've moved into this space and each day as I walk through the rooms I am aware of the look and feel of the space and am very pleased. I highly recommend her services.

Robin did an excellent job staging our house. She was very thorough and thoughtul in her choice of accessories and the use of our own stuff. She rearranged the furniture, moved pictures around, and made the house look like a model home! The house definitely shows much better than it did before. I recommend her highly.
