This company was very busy and we waited a while for service when they arrived they diagnosed the problem but had no part to make the repairs had to order and again waited when he did come he had the part and repair was done quickly to factory standard. Repairman was vary nice and treated us with respect.

This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!! We had our A/C completely replaced outside and inside the summer of 2022. When putting the unit in our attic they asked our permission to break the molding because the unit was too big to fit. We asked them if someone was going to fix the attic and we were reassured a handyman would come later in the week. Months have come and gone with no handy man. We have called the company hundreds of times and no one answers the phone. We have left voicemails everytime we have called. We were lucky one day around January someone named Miranda answered the phone. She told me they do not have a handy man and told me to call my warranty company. I told her I wanted to talk to Flora, (she is the boss of this shady business). I was told she would be back on that Friday. I asked numerous of times if I could schedule an exact time on Friday. She told me she could not schedule but assured me Flora would call. It is now June 14, 2023 and Flora has never called. I am still putting in calls and messages everyday. If u need any repair I suggest ANY company other than this one. U are not given a receipt of the work done. U will never be able to reach someone when needed. I warn u not to use this company!
