From our first meeting with Grainger in June of 2013, and our later meeting with Allison, we were confident that Rockwood would be our builder and that we would be in good hands. They took our wants and likes from a questionnaire and built us our dream home. From the first rough plans, to the finished product they were right on with our tastes and how we wanted our home to look. Our Project Manager, Brad, was in regular contact with us and we were welcomed onto the job site to see the progression. Brad is still looking after us, getting the final tweaking complete. Our designer, Sarah, made our finishing choices as easy as possible by breaking the choices down into sections so we weren't overwhelmed all at once with all the choices to be made. Sarah and the designer team did a great job in coming up with ideas and letting us go from there. Our finished home is fabulous and put together in the way we dreamed of, but could have never done on our own. We are extremely happy with the Rockwood team!

Sara, as part of the Rockwood team, was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, respectful and very easy going. Many of here suggestions were spot on and we are very pleased that she was a part of the team that helped to build and design our home.
