Amazing company and owner. Arnie came and gave us a brand new roof in just 1 day and had the most reasonable prices for the job we were looking for. We called him again for deck repair and he was over within 2 hours to give us an estimate! So friendly, honest, reliable, reasonable and just wonderful to work with. We hired Arnie Roeland and his Company to do a new roof, siding the house and all new windows. We were totally satisfied with the work, Arnie and his workers were totally responsive to our needs. I first hired Roeland in 2008 to replace my old drafty windows and gutters. The owner, Arnie Roeland, gave an impressive presentation of the brand he uses and the price was competitive with other brands and came with a lifetime guarantee. The crew was on time and did a great job. Glitches (one window was incorrect size) were handled quickly. The manufacturer later went out of business and Arnie worked with another company to take over the brand and continue the guarantee. I then hired Roeland in 2010 to replace my siding. Again, an impressive presentation of the quality siding, choice of colors and guarantee. Issues were fixed quickly and I understand the person who caused them is no longer employed by the firm. I brought Arnie back in 2011 to replace my roof. My house is beautiful and airtight now. I've referred Arnie to friends and family. My ex-husband even hired him for his new home. I highly recommend this company.
