Ron and his brother Stephen installed our new large screen TV, updated a smaller TV in another room and improved the wifi in our home. Additionally they recently added streaming capabilities for Netflix and Amazon. They have been very helpful and professional and also respond quickly when we have problems that occur. I would recommend Merge Tech for home technology!

In fact, the glass breakage alarm that his company installed on a door window prevented an intruder from entering my home in the middle of the day. The police were alerted immediately and arrived at my home within minutes thanks to the system's communication set up between the security system in the house and the police department. No entry was made as the alarm alerted the startled intruder to flee as the police arrived within minutes of the call. Ron and Jason, the installation technician are experts in their field. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with programming my key pad or providing a quick response to any question or request I have ever had. I am very familiar with the excellent work this company does, and the we're involved with projects at my current and previous residences. In 2006 I built a new home and they created a fantastic home theatre space for me that I probably spent more time in than I did in the remainder of that home. 2 years ago when I downsized, they again came to my rescue, installing setting up TV's, wireless capabilities in my home. Merge-tech (under previous name AVOne) installed our home audio/visual system when we remodeled 10 years ago and have upgraded our systems over time as technology has advanced. We have a very large home and a home theatre, both of which they have installed/maintained over the years. They have proven to be technically proficient and responsive to our needs and deliver at the budget they propose before doing the work. We are very satisfied with the results and continue to be loyal clients. Note that they are a relatively small company and you may have to be patient in setting a meeting time.
