About Us

At Roomtoplay.ca we help families reduce visual noise in the spaces where children play, learn and grow. We use our extensive backgrounds in educational theory and current, practical strategies to improve self-regulation by ensuring your children's rooms are fun, functional and educational. We are practicing classroom teachers with over 30 years of combined experience designing and organizing learning and living spaces for families and children. We support imaginative, creative play in well prepared play spaces.

I hired these wonderful women to help me with my daughters room (two girls age 6 and 3 at the time). They came in and gave me a few options on what they would recommend would be the best use of space etc.. As soon as it was all done, the girls wanted to spend all their spare time playing in their room (now that they could!). And here we are over a year later and the space is still easy to maintain, and the girls still love having friends over, and showing off their wonderful bedroom! Thanks so much Megan and Kelly! (the first two pictures are the before and the second two are the after!)
