This review is long over due. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team during 2018-2019. We interviewed a number of builders for our home construction in Oak Forest (Houston, TX), but decided with Mark's team as they treat you like family and have a passion for design. We also liked the fact that everyone was onsite for planning and meetings, from the architect to designer. Other builders we interviewed informed us we would be dealing with their architect who was located in a different city. Overall, our home construction went very smoothly and was finished on budget and ahead of schedule! Building a home can be a bit overwhelming and I strongly suggest planning as much as you can on the front-end. Mark's team helped keep us organized and moving in the right direction. I highly recommend Royal Texan Homes for your custom home construction.

This review is way overdue, but better late than never! Mark and his team have designed and custom built my family's dream home in Oak Forest. We have been in our home for a 1.5 years and are still in awe of the attention to detail and execution of our vision. Although the building process can be overwhelming and frustrating, Mark has made himself available to us to discuss any concerns and anxieties that we had. He is a man of integrity and has followed through with his word. I highly recommend him and Royal Texan Homes for your custom building needs.

Royal Texan built our present home in an expeditious fashion while paying close attention to detail. Mark and his artisans (they truly were) keep style, function, and durability in mind as they go about doing their job.

It's been 18 month since we've moved into our Royal Texan custom home. Building a home is challenging at best, trying at times, and completely overwhelming. Mark and his team managed to overcome all to deliver our dream house on time and on budget. The warranty team one year later was top shelf! I'm not sure I'd ever do it again but if I did, I would have Royal Texan lead the way.
