very poor service: - wasted many £000's and many months. Ultimately received a set of drawings, which could not be implemented as the company had failed to consider very basic issues, such as head height in a loft extension. Since using this company two further architects have told me that these drawings should never have been issued as there is insufficient space in the loft for a loft conversion.

I have worked with RS Architects on a number of projects since 2006 and to date have had all my planning applications approved, thanks to Rana and her team of highly talented, hard working and friendly colleagues. RSArchitects have always been extremely professional and always a pleasure to work with. It helps that they are flexible and so adapt the applications as and when is necessary and have yet to hear them say no to any changes which the planners and i (which have been many) have requested. My previous projects have been mainly extensions in the Totteridge and Whetstone areas whereby RSArchitects have against all odds won approval for the ambitious extensions they designed. In one of the projects the initial house was 100sqm bought for £500,000 in 2006, this was subsequently extended to 270sqm and sold 18months later for just under £1,000,000. Most recently RSArchitects obtained planning permission for a 2 storey side extension for a house i own in N20, the house as a result of the planning approval is now worth £100,000 more. They say that everyone needs a good accountant, lawyer and builder, i think alongside that they should add architect, as RSArchitects have done more for my portfolio than any other professional. I will always use RSArchitects for all my architectural needs and highly recommend them.

Rana and her team provided an excellent service. They were cost-effective, polite, friendly and creative with their ideas. They were conscientious with every communication and with every phase of the project. Above all they retained the personal touch with all their involvement in the project and always kept my interests as their client at the heart of the job. I have recommended them since to other people and they have been similarly pleased with the service. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.
