Very unsatisfactory work. Nothing was done property, especially the stone work and we have spent at least half of the original costs again just in repairing the shoddy work. And there is still more to be done. Also, we were given an original price for the work but costs constantly went up. We were even informed by employees that we had been over charged! The employees came to us personally and apologized!! I would give zero stars if possible. And our home is one the projects shown on her website so we are definitely verified customers.

Robin and Blake created a beautiful space out of a bland nondescript landscape. The process from beginning to end went very quickly, and we were pleased with the aesthetic they created. More attention should have been paid to our drip lines as several were damaged during the installation of plants. Still, I would recommend Robin and team for your landscape needs.

Robin Tyler Designs is FANTASTIC. I have worked with them for 3 years - first with a major redesign for our front and backyard landscaping and then again for standard refresh and additional enhancements. They are very willing to tailor their designs to budget requirements as well as functional or aesthetic preferences - all while providing a beautiful outcome. We continuously get compliments on their work. They are also very reliable and their crews are very professional. A great group to work with ....

NOT RECOMMENDED. Once paid, Robin Tyler didn't return phone calls and emails. She installed light landscaping in our small yard in April, 2013. The work included new plants, replanting a few existing plants, and installing new Zoysia grass (sod). A week later, the new grass, in various spots and in isolated areas, began dying. I found the yard bumpy with dips and air pockets below the sod. I'm convinced that the grass wasn't rolled; so many of the sods didn't have contact with the soil. I had to hire another landscaper to replace a few pallets of sods and to roll the entire yard.

Robin Tyler worked with us from the very beginning during pre-design to post-implementation. They've even come over a couple of times to ensure all the work is still to our liking. They worked with us given the budget restraints we had and their crews were always on time, respectful, careful, fast, accurate and always found a way to go above and beyond. They did an incredible job of transforming our entire yard. It's like a vacation destination now. Thanks!

Irresistible Interiors by Wendy

We hired Robin Tyler to help us out with our backyard. We have had several contractors and landscapers work at our home and by far these are the best we have ever worked with. Not only was the final project beautiful but it was done in a crazy fast time period. THe crew worked quietly, very hard and cleaned up the site so well.
