RACHEL BUSCH

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are poorly made, loosely woven, and cheap. They do not stand by their work and will not refund for faulty goods. I purchased a rug and after 2 weeks of use in a typical room, the rug weave was pulled and damaged because of the loose weave. They refused to discuss the product and refunded $11 for a $110 rug. Their response was curt and uniform. I will never purchase from this company again.

Dimen's

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I ordered 1 rug and was happy with price, the color I saw in the picture and then delivery was on time. The rug looked nothing like the picture. I thought I was getting a gray rug and it was black and white yard. Not only did I get 1 of these terrible rugs, they duplicated the order, charged my card twice and now are refusing to take the duplicate rug back. Karush/Karoosh is the owner of this company and apparently the employees have no way to get a hold of him or get a message to him.
