Abi is not just there to do her job but to help you succeed in yours. Images from Abi's homes are much more likely to find their way on the home page of my website—because they just look better. She is a very professional, detail oriented person. I have shot homes where I have seen Abi debating over minor details where most people would have already thought: “Ah, that's good enough.” As a real estate photographer, I often move things or even remove things for photos. In Abi's homes, I rarely find myself needing to do this; and I never think: “Oh, I wish they didn't use that color.” I always look forward to shooting homes staged by Abi.

Sullivan Home Staging did an amazing job staging our home and working with us to stage only the areas we wanted, and did so with great taste. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and helped our home get a full priced offer within 24hrs of being on the market.

We found Sullivan Home staging, by a simple internet search. We picked the company based on the pictures we saw on their website. The pictures are beautiful--photos you'd see in an exclusive magazine layout, like Houzz or Pottery Barn. We were selling our home out of state, unable to oversee the staging or meet the stagers in person. It took 4 months of our home being on the market before we'd consider staging it. The market was strong, we had decent foot traffic and good feedback, but no one willing to make an offer we'd accept. Our realtor told us, that it was always the 2nd or third consideration for the buyer--never number 1. So we had additional concerns--very motivated to sell, unable to be at our home to oversee anything. Abi Sullivan was very professional and took care to make sure our home was staged well an in a timely manner. We could trust her judgement and we felt as if we were in good hands. Sullivan Home Staging knocked it out of the park! Our home was staged beautifully. We saw the staging by the photographs and we were blown away. We discussed everything via text and email. Our realtor was impressed, and so was the buyer--cause we literally got a solid offer a week later. The negotiations and additional repairs on the home took time and resulting in us renting the furniture for another month. But, Sullivan Homes staging was accommodating, because they prorated our monthly payment, for partial month rental. I would definitely use this company again to stage a home and for a professional consult for interior design.
