This is the 2nd Kitchen Dena has designed for us, she is definitely our kitchen/cabinetry person for LIFE! You will get nothing but professionalism and superb qualify from start to finish. When we bought our new home, we wanted the new kitchen to keep with the character of the house and property. Dena helped us, with the design, the cabinets, colors and hardware finishes, she created our dream farmhouse kitchen and coffee station. One of the walls were not even, but their installer Mike was amazing and did such a fabulous job, it was flawless. Dena ensured that everything was perfect from beginning to the end. Everything was delivered as promised on time and she continued to follow up to ensure we were 100% happy. When you want something done right and professionally, this is the team to call!! Phenomenal job on a main floor reno which included a complete kitchen redesign with a wall removal and custom cabinetry in the Great Room and Dining room. Cabinet installer, contractor, cabinets, design were all first class. Will use them again and highly recommend. Dena, our designer has excellent taste and was able to fully capture the design and look we wanted.

My experience with Salerno Kitchens was exceptional!!! I highly recommend working with them on your next kitchen project! I just completed my first ever kitchen project, so as one can imagine, it was a very stressful experience. I didn't know where to start & I wanted to work with someone you could trust. From my first conversation with Dena over the phone, I felt in good hands. Dena was awesome to work with & super patient with me as we worked through the design process & the selection of the finishes/hardware - all the way through install. Salerno's customer service is top notch, overall the process & project went extremely well & any adjustments that were required were handled quickly & with the utmost care. Sam & Bruce are very kind & knowledgable & Mike the installer was also great to work with. You can tell this company cares about the product they produce & wouldn't be happy unless I was happy with the finished product. Needless to say, I couldn't be happier with the finished project. The Kitchen turned out amazing (exactly as I had envisioned it!) and transformed my entire space. This is our third time using Salerno Kitchens for a full kitchen remodel and we won't be straying far for our next project! Sam is an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen space was expertly measured and designed by Sam taking into account all of our wants and needs. Delivery and installation were seamless and his crew left our condo in pristine order. I would highly recommend Salerno Kitchens if you are in the market for custom kitchen/bathroom cabinetry!

When we decided to completely renovate our kitchen late last year, we visited Salerno Kitchen's showroom to get some ideas on how we could maximize cabinetry and counter space in a relatively small kitchen space. We immediately got great design ideas from Dena, who intuitively knew what we wanted. She quickly put together a design that met all of our requirements. We also found the price to be very reasonable, so we contracted them based on a defined delivery schedule. We can happily report that the delivery dates were met, the quality of the cabinetry and counter tops are excellent and the installer doing the work was extremely detail oriented and very professional. We can also report that Salerno made sure we were happy with every detail and did not hesitate to replace cabinetry pieces with even the slightest flaw. We highly recommend Salerno Kitchens

A kitchen Reno is not for the faint of heart these days so we were nervous about selecting a kitchen contractor for our project. After several meetings with other kitchen companies, we met with Dena at Salerno kitchens. Right from the start, we were impressed by her professionalism, communication skills, and design ideas. Her designs were both incredibly functional and exceptionally beautiful. She had great ideas on what would work in our space and best of all, treated our ideas and opinions with respect. The installation went off without a hitch with a tremendous attention to detail and craftmanship. Any concerns were dealt with promptly and without issue. We met with many kitchen companies before and always walked away not feeling 100% confident. The last company we met with was Salerno Kitchens. We immediately felt at ease with Dena. Dena was prepared with 3 different design concepts for our kitchen. Two of which we never would have come up with ourselves. Our immediate concern was that it would be out of our budget. To our surprise we were able to get an amazing design and all the upgrades we wanted within our budget. Dena was very helpful walking us through the process. The kitchen was installed on time by an amazing installer. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and a kitchen beyond our dreams. We happily recommend Salerno to everyone.

We were referred to Salerno Kitchens by our contractor and as our requirements were very specific and we knew what we wanted, we were on a lookout for a team that would carry it out professionally . We found that team when we met Dena . We connected immediately and she provided solutions that were so impressive and practical. We had 3 to 4 meetings before we finalised the deal and are proud to say that all kitchen cabinets were installed to our satisfaction. There was ongoing communication throughout the project and Dena was very prompt with her replies . Sam and Dena were around to oversee all the details of the installation and he instantly made a note of items that needed to be addressed. The project was completed not only to our satisfaction but to their high quality standards as well. It’s been a month now and we are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen. What an amazing team of professionals. I am not one to write a review but just had to give my thanks to their amazing team from initial contact to design and the amazing people who installed our kitchen. Most importantly Dena and Sam always answered all our questions, worked within our budget and made magic happen in our home. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Sam helped us design a new kitchen for our condo. He was very patient will all of our questions and changes. I appreciated his honesty if he didn’t think something would work. He is very resourceful and offers great suggestions. A very professional yet personal business to work with. You can’t help but want to go back!

I had Sam install two new custom kitchens for me. One on my main floor and one in the basement. The price was very reasonable, the installation was excellent and it was delivered exactly to the timelines agreed upon at the start! Couldn't be happier. Not to mention, the kitchens both look incredible! When I needed the counter guys to return to drill an extra hole for a filter faucet that I added after the fact, they did it with no issues!

We used Salerno Kitchens to purchase new countertops for a basement kitchen we were renovating in the fall of 2016. It was a small job (under $1000 for the small countertop), despite this the service we received was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain small things that would help improve the appearance of the countertop.

I hired Salerno Kitchens Inc. to do my kitchen cabinets and installation. It was such a pleasure experience to work with this company. At the beginning of the process, I was impressed by their beautiful showroom. Bruce walked me through all the options, details within my budget. He gave me his professional suggestions and considerations which were all excellent ideas. Bruce could read my mind; he knows what I want exactly. He just made the whole process so much easier. Sam installed my kitchen cabinets and backsplash. He is a very nice young man, work hard, and kept the place nice and clean after work. He treated my house with respect. Bruce and Sam were great to work with. They always made sure that everything was done the way I wanted. The cost of the project was very reasonable. I am very happy with my new kitchen and enjoy it a lot. The only thing was if I would know that Salerno Kitchens Inc. also does bathroom, I would hired them to do my bathrooms as well, and I would be happier with the resolute, and I know that. But by the time I found Salerno Kitchens Inc., my bathrooms were pretty much done. Thank you very much Bruce and Sam.

Amazing craftsmanship and great service. Salerno goes beyond what we've asked them to do. After-sale service is what differentiates them from other companies. They followed up and made sure we we're fully satisfied. We've had a front desk counter done by Salerno and we've got nothing but compliments from our customers!

Used Salerno Kitchens to fully remodel two bathrooms and the kitchen in a condominium. The kitchen was expertly designed by Samim who walked me through every step of the process taking in to account the vision I had and also my budget. Both the custom kitchen and bathroom fixtures were installed with a high degree of care and I could not be happier with the work. I would highly recommend Salerno kitchens and would certainly use them again in the future.

Just renovated my kitchen and was introduced to a nice young man at Salerno Kitchens. I had two other quotes done and not only did Salerno Kitchens come in at a fare price, but worked with me on building the kitchen that I dreamed of. Everything from start to finish was done quickly, neatly and most of all professionally. I have since then also renovated two washrooms in my home from this company and had the same happy experience. I will defiantly use Salerno Kitchens again. I am gladly referring Salerno to everyone I meet.

We just had our home remodeled the process of finding contractors for all of the work wasn't without effort. But when we found Salerno Kitchens in Richmond Hill they were close to our home and had an Amazing showroom. We felt comfortable with them and picked out the kitchen we wanted. The process was so smooth and enjoyable, and we LOVE our new Kitchen. If I knew how to post a picture of it on here, I would, but maybe the guys will have it on their website.
