terrible post-installation follow-up. after a problem arose after the installation of artificla turf, it took weeks for Paul Easley to acknowledge the issure; he promised a crew would be out "after Memorial Day" to fix the problem - weekly phone calls/e-mails since then, and in 2 months, total radio silence. No response at all from the company regarding this issue, notwithstanding that its contract states labor/materials are guaranteed. I would NOT recommend this company.

I got several quotes and I liked the one I got from Paul the best. We found out about the hero loans for our house and to make things better he was already an approved contractor. His crew came out and they were quick clean and the product is amazing. We had 3400 square feet installed and good luck trying to find a seam

I hired Paul Easely of SMART Yards, based on other excellent reviews and discussing my artificial lawn turf project, first to do my backyard with Tiger turf (approximately 850 s.f.) in April 20015. I was very pleased with how quickly he responded to my request for a bid on the project, how knowledgeable he was and based on my first hand look at a large artificial turf job be did at a location in my area. I was also very please with the quality of the work and the product he installed. Based on that experience, I again hired him to do a similar installation for my front and side yard areas in November 2016 and am very satisfied with the outcome.

We had quite a few quotes for our lawn, all from reputable companies. We chose to work with Paul at Smartyards because he was the most responsive and proactive with some issues we had to overcome in our yard before laying the turf. He had an extensive selection of grass grades and really worked with us for a beautiful, water-free outcome. We are very happy and our yard is the envy of neighbors struggling to keep their lawns green. We tell them to call Paul at Smartyards!
