Over the years the company has conducted transactions ranging in size from 1,000-20,000 square feet and value £1.5-£30m GDV. The portfolio is primarily focused on Greater London and the South East. In addition to private commissions, Texture Interior Design has been responsible for the project management & interior design of all of Investre’s projects to date.
