I really enjoyed working with Sapphire. Victor, my main contact, was very professional and knowledgable. We worked through some details and he was very accommodating. We have face-frame cabinets with flush doors - so everything has to be very accurate and you can't hide any errors. They did a great job. We also asked them to build the cabinets a little bit different than standard so decorative end panels integrated nicely with the face frames. Again, great job. They did make a mistake on one cabinet, but even there they were great - picked the cabinet up, modified it, refinished it, and dropped it off within a few days. So it didn't impact our schedule. So they stand by their work. On top of all that, their pricing for completely custom cabinets was very reasonable. So overall we are extremely happy with Sapphire.
