DELUXE

Deluxe is not just a name, it really is a first class service in every way. I have now contracted Seth at Deluxe at least once a year for the last 5 years, initially as plumbing and heating specialists to replace a boiler and 18 radiators, but more recently to do everything from updating bathrooms, repairing sash windows and even replacing a flat roof before the rains came at the end of 2016. There is very little that Seth cannot do; he is super professional, no-nonsense, fairly priced and will get the extra yard to make sure the job is done properly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Seth has been hired by our landlord a number of times to work on problems in the house. Tasks have included roof repair, window repair and painting and re-plastering, amongst many others. He's a real all-rounder with an excellent knowledge of everything he's done for us in the house and he always does a great job. He was once able to help us open some patio doors that had got stuck when several locksmiths we contacted were unable to fix the problem. And he's always really friendly with a smile on his face!

I can thoroughly recommend Seth. I have employed him many times on both residential and retail/commercial projects and have always been very happy not only the finished job but also the working experience. He works best when involved with the vision and then left to mastermind it on his own, he has a great eye for detail and the ability to achieve it. Finances were never an issue and I trusted him to work in a jewellery store out of opening hours without any monitoring, totally trustful.

I was hired to work with Deluxe as an Interior Designer and project manager on a refurbishment project in Highbury. It was a very easy and enjoyable collaboration. Seth Gittins, director of Deluxe is amiable, reliable and takes great pride in his work. He will work tirelessly to get a perfect finish and I felt confident in his ability. Seth also has a great sense of humour which does help when you are on a long and complicated job. Communication was very easy and Seth was incredibly helpful in all areas and also from a construction point of view. He came up with useful solutions, particularly in the construction of fittings. He has an aesthetic eye; an appreciation of good design and construction know how which is extremely useful. I was very happy with Deluxe and was delighted that his work on this refurbishment made it into 25 Beautiful Homes magazine, August 2016. Job well done!

I could not have been happier with the work of Seth Gittins. His work was perfect and always straight! He is a perfectionist. We had discussed beforehand what I had wanted. Seth was able to give me quotes and reorganise my ideas for the better. He was thorough and cleared and cleaned up every night so my flat was liveable in between his visits. I feel my flat was safe in his hands a year or 2 later I still do. The work consisted of a full kitchen with floating cupboards. 2 x bathrooms. one a wetroom. I could not have chosen a better company Deluxeplumbingandbuilding.
