Shae was able to put together a perfect plan for our home that considered both my husband's modern style and my own desire for a "comfortable space". I'd never worked with a designer before and was a bit apprehensive as I didn't want someone telling me what I should want. There was none of that with Shae. She listened to our needs and far exceeded my expectation. It was actually a lot of fun! And we love our space.

I really enjoy working with Shae. She is a natural! She has the professionalism to listen to your dreams and concerns, then the talent to bring them to fruition. She understands and greatly respects your budget. I find that very refreshing. We put together a short-term and long-term plan. We are working on a three-phase project. She has created these beautiful spaces that we can retreat to during phase one, which has the most impact on our family life. I also appreciate her artistic detail and patience since I lack an artistic eye. I highly recommend Shae and look forward to many years with her by my side......and leading the way :)

In 2011 our firm hired Shae Obando to assist with the creation of a new work environment for our main office. Shae was responsible for transforming a dark drab traditional office into a bright modern work space. Significant consideration was given to colors, light, and opening up what was a traditional boxed in office with long dark halls. Shae did an excellent job selecting colors and classic modern furnishings that fit our desire for an updated, bright, modern office space. Shae was a pleasure to work with and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Shae was extremely helpful with design questions I had regarding specific items for my family room/dining room. She helped me visualize the space, finalize my couch decision, found accents in the colors I wanted and helped me with all of the finishing touches! She is very reasonable and fun to work with! I am thinking of the next room to do with her!

Shae helped me with interior design when I was building my house in 2009. She picked out the paint colors (inside and outside), lighting fixtures, counter tops, cabinets, window coverings, furnishings and more. All I can say is beautiful, beautiful beautiful!! I get tons of complements on my house, she did an amazing job. Hire her, you won't be disappointed!
