Empire was referred by my home warranty company. They were polite and efficient. Stephanie was great when I called and scheduled my service. My technician was Lee, he was great. He called me to let me know he was on the way. I was at work but he took care of the problem and left me a friendly note about what the problem was and that all was well. I came home late and found that the problem was resolved. Thanks Empire Plumbing, Stephanie and big big thanks to Lee. I so appreciate your integrity, knowledge and personal note. I will definitely use again and refer. Again thanks.

Had to do a call back for a leak , but on the second trip out Lee did a great job and new what he was doing, was late to my home but did call to explain why. Ask to have Lee sent to your home if you use this company.

Unsatisfactory service in connection with American Home Shield (AHS) Warranty service. The water line feeding the water heater began leaking at a 90 degree joint outside the wall. Empire refused to disconnect the water lines and electrical line, which was required to make the repair, unless I paid an additional $350. I advised AHS and requested a different provider, which AHS refused to do. AHS and Empire manipulated the use of the words "disconnect" and "access" so they could gouge the customer with increased charges; in addition to the $125 "call" charge. I believe this is mostly a manipulation by AHS, but Empire played along.

Poor Service! No-Show / No-Call in a 4 hr window! I have had to call them again and again. The tech that they sent out to fix out toilet, did not have a drill, a ladder, or even a flashlight. Then when he figured out what was wrong, he was not allowed to go to lowes right down the strait, which means they had to come back again, and I have had to take another day off of work for him to come back. Arrived 3 hours after the scheduled window.

Always do a great job Give you a 4 hour window and call 1/2 hour before coming Usually fix the problem on their first visit. if you request a certain time they will go out of their way to to be there when you want them.
