My dealings with the Umatilla showroom were pleasant and informative. An estimator/installer was scheduled to come to our house to measure and answer any questions we may have had. We found all staff people to be most helpful and have been pleased with all work done. The sunblocking shade that was installed is attractive looking and has done its job. We also had vertical blinds hung.

I recently ordered blinds for several rooms and I am delighted. Your pricing is very competitive (better than internet pricing) and I loved the free installation! Your customer service is unmatched and really "wowed" me. Excellent follow up too.
