Signature Electric Co

They did great work at my house for a basement remodel and the workers I dealt with were amazing. HOWEVER, I will never again use them due to the owner. He is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. We had an additional $1,000 worth of charges at the end and all I was asking for was an explanation of those charges. After making me feel like an idiot and belittling me he finally gave me a moment to talk so that I could explain to him what I wasn't understanding. You would think that after spending $4,000 on basement electric he would be slightly nicer and more patient when describing additional charges. I am regretful of choosing them and in the end they were no cheaper than Harrison Electric who we had used for everything prior to them.

We remodeled a nearly 100 year old home. Signature Electric took care of rewiring the entire house and did a fantastic job! Scott, the owner also helped with lighting design and placement - and it is the thing that we get the most compliments on. From day one they hit the ground running, were always on time, and did fantastic work. We can't recommend them highly enough. With a project as comprehensive as ours we were nervous and made sure to do our research on everyone we worked with - all the great things we heard about Signature turned out to be true and I can't imagine having worked with anyone else. They are amazing!
