Wow what a disappointment. Purchased a bathtub/shower faucet, bathroom vanity faucet and several other matching accessories for my bath. All of which were made by Storm Plumbing. When it came to the installation my plumber needed some technical advise. He called the day he was at my residence and was told they only had one employee who could give technical advise and that person had an emergency and would not be in for the day. Yes I understand things can happen, but really only one tech employee! When I suggested maybe they should hire more than one person I was told they were a small company. My response was they don’t charge small company prices for their products. I paid $2000+ for the products I purchased that should be plenty to hire another tech person. This company is very unprofessional. I Will Never do business with them again nor will my plumber. The rep I spoke with said she would pass this on to the owner. Maybe the owner should know more about the products he sells and step in to give tech support
