Our sound and TV system is finally stable after fighting with a different company. Sound Ideas came in and fixed our system!

I'm a tremendous fan of Sound Ideas. They initially wired my home when under construction, then hung TVs and ran wiring at my office and subsequently returned to my home to install a home automation system. Chris and his team are honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. Chris has been very patient with me while I've peppered him with numerous questions. They are always accessible, easy to talk to and understanding of their customers needs and desires and VERY quick to respond. I won't go anywhere else.

I have used Sound Ideas for many years on many projects in both of my homes. The first was a major remodel we did in 2006 consisting of Lutron lighting & shades, RTI control equipment and a whole house audiovisual system. They have always been very responsive for any questions I might have had as well service if something went wrong. I am still working with them today on my home in Maui on a major technology upgrade using the latest RTI equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work, competitively priced. The guys from Sound Ideas have been absolutely amazing! Not only are they professional and courteous, they did a great job on setting up my smart house. They tailored everything to what my husband and I wanted. They gave us a tutorial on how to "work our house" and they troubleshoot on the phone with us as needed.
