Simon did a bathroom remodel for us and the final product was amazing. He takes pride in his work and does a great job. He cares deeply about doing things the right way and not taking shortcuts. He also does electrical, so it's nice having one person do the job and not having to wait on subcontractors. Like other contractors I've worked with, they're typically working on multiple jobs at a time, so the day your project gets worked on might get unexpectedly pushed back. Regardless, I would highly recommend Simon and we'll have him back to do another bathroom remodel soon.

Simon has such attention to detail, efficiency and great project management - he was a pleasure to work with. From the first day of demo to the last polish of the shower glass the construction site was tidy and orderly, and the project proceeded on time and on budget. Can't wait to work with him on our next project.!

My wife and I underwent a full master bath renovation in our home that we purchased in 2021. The previous owner had done a customized bathroom based on their own tastes using their own 'expertise' which caused significant water damage to our new home. We contacted Simon based on a referral of a family friend to step in and help us with the full master renovation. Simon did a fantastic job, to the extent that we are getting prepared to do another full bathroom renovation with him. Simon was a pros-pro and helped guide us through all of the solutions to fix our water problems. Simon also did a fantastic job with getting rid of the terrible blue that was blinding our eyes. Our new bathroom is fantastic and truly a sanctuary. The project has been completed for a few months now and no water issues! Separate of that, Simon was always professional and we always felt comfortable with him being in our home when we were not. We also had some great laughs and we feel fortunate to have gotten to know Simon personally.

We cannot say enough good things about Simon’s masterful work. Let’s start with his professionalism and communication. From the planning stages through completion, he kept us well informed. His contract is detailed and any adjustments we agreed on was quickly reflected in the contract. Since we remodeled 3 bathrooms, he was mindful about the timelines and clearly communicated reasons behind schedule changes. Now for the fun part - his art. We say art because he takes pride for his work and ensures the outcome is perfect. Check out the photos under Argosinos. He also gave us a lot of advice on what works best and most cost effective. He even called us a few weeks later to ensure everything is working well. We 100% highly recommend Simon. Well done Simon and Dave :) ! We are so pleased with how everything turned out!

Simon worked closely with us to help us create a fully custom master bath. The renovation wasn't without complications and delays, but Simon always came up with creative solutions to help overcome obstacles and avoid unnecessary stoppages. When issues that were out of our control arose, he was flexible and always professional. It was very clear to us that Simon takes great pride in the quality of his work! We appreciated his willingness to collaborate, the patience he displayed, and the true craftsmanship he brought to our project. We would definitely seek out Simon and Certor Remodeling for future projects!

You couldn't ask for a better contractor. He not only cares about the quality of his work but also his customers. He can do it all....plumbing, construction, tile, electric, and so much more. By the end of the job, you'll wish he was related so you could hang more. My wife and I can't say enough how happy we are with his work. Don't hesitate, you need the job done, Simon is your guy.......we will definitely be using him again when the time comes. (Check out the before and after pics from our first floor remodel)

We had a full kitchen remodel completed by Certor Remodeling and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The quality of installation is top notch. From the beginning to the end, communication was excellent, estimate was reasonable, and completion done on time. Also, important to note Simon works with a group of sub-contractors that are true artisans (drywall and hardwood floors). Our remodel was done in the midst of a "stay at home" order associated with Covid-19. Simon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, kept the job site clean and was very respectful of our concerns. We've been so happy with the experience, we will use Certor Remodeling again and again as we update our home.

Simon recently renovated my master bathroom. He did an outstanding job. In my experience it's rare to find a contractor that has Simon's unwavering attention to detail and overall demand for quality. My bathroom has been complete for nearly 2 months and I still notice little details that Simon went the extra mile to make perfect. My only hesitation in writing this review is I don't want him to get too busy because I will look forward to working with him on a number of other projects.

We had Simon Renecle (Centor Remodeling) remove our old kitchen and install a new one. It was a major undertaking. We were very pleased with his work. He was very organized, professional, and knowledgeable. When cabinets were not fitting correctly or the spacing was off, he was able to use his ingenuity to make it right. He kept our kitchen very clean as he was working and kept the parts he was installing very organized in our garage. He made excellent recommendations concerning lighting and other improvements. The old cooktop had a downdraft ventilation system and Simon was able to install a ventilating hood over the new cooktop. He had to design and install new ventilation piping to the outside. He also did an excellent job installing the tile backsplash.

Simon was extremely responsive, honest and professional through our entire bathroom shower upgrade. We have worked with contractors on other projects and Certor Remodeling was the best by far. Before he could even finish our bathroom we were already talking to him about our next project in the kitchen! Highly recommended. Simon's estimates were accurate, his advice for the planning was helpful and he was very methodical in his work. He took the extra time to put down plastic sheeting and dust covers from the start and at the end of each day he cleaned and organized everything so well that you didn't even know there was a remodeling project if you didn't look in the bathroom. He did dusty work like tile cutting outside or in the garage and even made sure that the door didn't slam every time he went in and out...too bad our kids never learned that lesson!

Simon did a fantastic job remodeling our master bath and wardrobe. He was professional and friendly. His workmanship was very good. The project schedule was on time and was completed within the budget. He was on the job every day and notified us regularly of the progress.. Throughout the project, he paid attention to detail. The disruption of construction was minimized. At the close of the each day, he would clean-up the work area. We are very satisfied with the completed project and would highly recommend CERTOR Remodeling.
