Skip and his crew were nothing but perfectionist! From the beginning to the end , every detail was thought out and taken care of . The communication was prompt and teamwork transparent with all involved. Our dream kitchen was worth every penny spent. Skip and his team completed a bathroom remodel at our home in Erie in March 2022. The team including Skip (owner), Alison (Designer) and Jake did an excellent job. The planning process was very thorough. Alison provided a detailed rendering of the design and offered a number of helpful suggestions on materials, colors, lighting, etc. Our house is older and (during the demo) they uncovered several structural issues with the original construction and a previous bathroom renovation and explained how they were able to rectify them. Skip communicated with us continuously throughout the project to show us the work-in-progress, make minor design decisions, etc. The final product was impeccable with impressive attention to every detail. We strongly recommend Skip Knoll Inc.

Just completed....another great Skip Knoll creation. We needed a new look for our lake room floor as the carpet needed replaced. Skip and his team came up with a great idea of a herring bone tile floor. Excellent idea as the room gets lots of use. Better yet...he added supplement heating under the tile to fight the cold gales blowing off lake Erie. Professional service as usual. Joe and Felix did a wonderful job and the results are beautiful. This is the 5th or so remodel, Third at this house. Nothing better!

We worked with Skip Knoll to enclose an existing porch. The porch was a challenge due to existing arched openings which we did not want to lose. The project lasted seven weeks (October/November, 2021). Each day started at 7am and his crew of 3 to 4 men worked till 4pm five days a week. I can't say enough about their professionalism. They answered all questions respectfully. They were very knowledgeable and made suggestions to enhance the project as they saw fit. Overall they exceeded all our expectations with high quality materials (i.e. Anderson Windows, cedar trim, etc.) skills, and experience. We would rate them a 10 out of 10.

The materials and hardware were of high quality and exactly what we ordered. Skip’s installers were punctual, respectful, and highly qualified. Any problems that occurred were corrected immediately. Skip, also, did work for us in the past and we would definitely hire him again.

Skip and his crew are fabulous. They are excellent craftsmen, careful, detailed and efficient. They are the whole package. We never waited for tradesmen. They started on time and completed our projects on schedule. We did a full kitchen renovation as well as a new Master Bath. They are detail oriented. They picked up any issue and resolved it in a timely fashion. We had only very minor issues that actually weren’t caused by them but they took care of them. Skip is very detailed and reviews all of the work, making adjustments that he feels need to be taken care of. We would never use any other contractor in our house!

Commented: Shower floor mosaicHi! Yes the walls are in the AO - Scene - Crest. The shower floor is Calacatta Gold Honed Penny tile from The Builder Depot. We do not put marble on the shower floor often but sometimes the homeowners...
