Welcome to Architecture Smith + Scully, a multi-award-winning registered New Zealand Institute of Architects practice based in Auckland. Over the past 24 years we have created contemporary residential architecture and specialised in designing new, "Infill" and "Demolish & Build" homes. Our designs provide thermally efficient and spatially inspiring living environments that will age well, and provide a sound investment for the future. We are committed to producing buildings and environments that are a thoughtful and appropriate response to our clients’ aspirations and individual project constraints. We design using Passive Solar Design & Energy-Saving Principles, and incorporate LifeMark Design Principles to ensure that our buildings are future-proofed for ageing and accessibility.
