Getting solar panels does take a lot of steps, but Solar Optimum made the experience pretty much as easy and smooth as possible. I am pleased with their combination of service, quality, and price. Especially, Jilbert Z. and Nayelli O. were great advocates during the permitting process, being persistent, patient, and helpful as we engaged with the utility about the best solar system size allowable for our home. Also, Kevin C. gave me valuable input during the contracting. Also, I am happy with the included Enphase app and monitoring system, and also the warranties are better than what I was able to get from other bids.

I reached out to Solar Optimum for my getting my house ready with solar support. My project was time sensitive as I wanted to get into CA's NEM2(NET metering 2 program). Solar Optimum prioritized my ask and provided - permits, applications, design, procurement and installation well within the deadline. Also the price they quoted was lower then other companies I reached out to.

competent and professional. they were concerned about what i needed and how they could take care of it. everyone on the team was a pleasure to deal with but i have to give a special thanks to consultant Kevin Taing for always being available to answer my questions and to Jason Ordonez for the efficiency and thoroughness that he handled my service call.

Anthony Morales, Direct Energy Consultant of Solar Optimum, provided exemplary service in support of our goal of installing rooftop solar. Mr. Morales was our initial contact and was friendly, knowlegdable and worked diligently and skilfully 1) to conclude a contract that involved an atypical situation 2) understood what was needed to work efficiently with the Utility Co to ensure timely submission and acceptance into the interconnection queue 3) worked swiftly to get us great solar panels at good prices 4) accommodated a few design changes needed by this particular roof configuration 5) followed up to see how the process was going 6) provided friendly reminders for us to respond as needed to move the project along its critical path I highly recommend Mr. Morales and Solar Optimum.

I highly recommend Solar Optimum. Their panels & equipment are five star, the install was seamless & my sales associate was hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. Solar Optimum was by far the most accommodating of the solar companies I interviewed. The solar rep who helped me clearly knew what he was doing, and I felt like was in good hands right away. I had previously talked to other solar companies, who had given me a quote, but I didn't like their prices and their service. So when I connected Solar Optimum, they given me better pricing, service was top notch and got a 10% discount on solar panels!. I Highly recommend them!

This is the company you need to call! Solar Optimum did a great job evaluating our needs based on our energy bills and our goals. Our solar representative created the most efficient system for us and explained why he recommended that specific amount of great quality panels, etc. Noting went on without us knowing exactly what was going on. Also, we love the way panels look on roof. SUCH a good job, Solar Optimum.
