Solent Windows & Conservatories Limited

I expected the build to be project managed which is why I chose a reputable (so I thought) company, having spent al long time looking round. Can't fault the quality of the build but only realising now that their way of selling the job 'off contract' to the customer means that they can dispense with customer service. My extension us still unusable after 10 weeks. Total lack of communication leaving me with very little confidence that it will ever get finished. Very poor customer service from Solent and because I have (as requested) paid each trade on completion, I have no leverage.
