Southern Construction was hired to do a major renovation on our Victorian terrace with very difficult access in North Sydney. It involved numerous wall , floors and roof removal, underground excavation, significant structural engineering and total rebuilt. Southern Construction delivered in the most professional manner, on Tim and on budget. Any variation was for legitimate work (rock excavation, termite damage and asbestos etc) and was vary reasonably priced. The team offered suggestions to make the house more liveable and we gladly took their advice. Their management of traffic, neighbors, noise, deliveries etc was amazing and all our neighbors were very happy with the team. I would not hesitate at all to highly recommend this company who were professional, friendly and highly skilled.

Charlie is an honest, reliable builder who keeps to promises and over delivers. He takes time with clients to go through every detail of the building process, is flexible with requirements and respects budget constraints . Despite builders having a reputation when it comes to variations, Charlie is more than fair when it comes to this. During my building, I went overseas and left the responsibility with Southern Construction Services to carry on with work. Upon my return I was pleasantly surprised with the extra mile they went by providing carpet protectors (something they didn't have to do ), and well ahead of schedule. I have recommended Southern Constructions to over 5 of my friends, with all having a positive experience. Highly recommended.
