Remodeled two bathrooms including shower tile, fixtures, lighting, granite countertops, paining including cabinets. Everything is beautiful. The crew was professional, flexible, clean and on schedule. Advice with selecting the products and materials and decorating was great! Highly recommend!

S & S Development Company has remodeled several areas of our home starting in 2013 and the last project was complete in February 2015. We started with the kitchen. They painted the cabinets with beautiful detail, new granite, new appliances in 10 days. Next, we added a screened in porch, and tiled our master bedroom and painted. Our most recent was a complete remodel of our master bath! Very well done! Steven uses the best people for each job to be done. Another huge plus for us is that he checks on the job just about every day, and let's us know how the time line is going. If we decide to make anymore changes we will call Steven.

S&S Development Company completed a large scale project for us by renovating and updating a circa 1980's home. We didn't remove many walls, most of the bones stayed the same. But every wall was painted, every light fixture changed, hinges on the doors and door knobs. The master bath and kitchen were completely renovated with all new cabinets, tile, floors, appliances, shower enclosure, tub, faucets and counter tops. Steven had great subcontractors and vendors lined up, all were very helpful. Bud's Cabinets, Maranatha Granite, Jenkins Tile, V&W Plumbing Supply were all extremely helpful and were patient with all our questions. S&S completed the work on time and answered all our questions and made great recommendations. I would highly recommend him.

Steve and his crew of men were professional and thorough. We love our new floors and countertops. Even though we remained in the house, Steve and his men made sure that we were able to function and they were very timely in their completion of the work. We plan on using S&S Development again when we finish our attic.
