I sold most of my belongings before moving cross country and I needed some expert advice on space planning and furniture scale. I interviewed several designers and chose Pat because she worked within my design perspective instead of trying to impose her design perspective onto me. Through her connections in the industry, she introduced me to manufacturers I never would've found on my own. Working with Pat was fun and easy. I recommend her unreservedly.

I reached out to Patricia with Patricia Justice Designs to help me select paint colors for my home. I was really stuck and overwhelmed and needed some professional guidance. Patricia did just that by explaining what colors could calm things down in a home that I would not be able to purchase all new furniture, etc. She also recommended some color for my kitchen and walked me through what should go where in several rooms for color. She also added some bonus tips that have helped me very much. It was fun to work together on this process, and I am excited about the finished look!

Patricia was a great in helping me with seasonal decorating. I always see ideas I like, but I have a hard time putting them together. Patricia came over to my house, took measurements and did some drawings for me (I'm a visual person) and helped me with a plan. I felt confident when putting it all together and now have some great ideas going forward on holiday decorating. She made it fun and easy, while before it was just stressful. I highly recommend Patricia to help you get the look you want in your home!

We are in the process of building a beach house and were looking on-line for ideas when we came across Patricia through her YouTube Videos. She is in NC and we’re in TX but we’ve been able to do everything over the phone. We are only in the beginning stages but have been very pleased with her ideas and recommendations. We can’t wait to see what other ideas she has to offer!

Patricia is such a professional design consultant. It was my pleasure collaborating with Patricia on my listing in Winston Salem in which Patricia helped take an older home that was vacant and showcased the possibilities for the buyers. She knew exactly what to do to warm up the setting and make it feel inviting. Even in this hot market, I'm convinced that Patricia's staging helped us get under contract in just a couple of days and closed $10,000 over the asking price. Many thanks to Pat for her design assistance in converting an extra bedroom to a much needed main floor laundry/pantry. After an initial visit and consultation, Pat emailed me a vision board with ideas for everything from paint color and wall treatment to lighting fixtures and storage solutions. All her suggestions were budget friendly, and I was impressed with her creativity in addressing a couple of problem areas that had me stumped. Pat’s enthusiasm is contagious. So armed with her ideas I am looking forward to transforming this nondescript room into a functional and attractive part of my home.

I had blank walls and, honestly, I was completely lost on how to decorate. I didn’t even know where to start. Pat came to my house and had a very clear vision. She used a lot of the decor I already had, so it wasn’t as if I had to go out and buy a bunch of things. She truly did an amazing job and I would recommend her expertise to anyone, whether you’re lost on decorating like me or just need help staging to sell a house. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Patricia is good about working with what you have, listening to your ideas, gathering input from photos you send, and then coming up with a plan that makes sense, even if you can't really explain yourself what you want a room to look like. I also liked that she was respectful of our budget and didn't recommend things that weren't within our budget.

I reached out to Patricia to help my stage my personal home for sale. I recently got my real estate license, and I was excited to co-list my own house. However, I really didn’t know much about staging a home for sale. My home was built in the 1980’s, and it had a lot of bookshelves, and I mean A LOT. I was unsure about what to put in all these shelves. Patricia was great at helping me use my items to decorate the shelves, She also let me rent many items to add to my décor of the home. In addition, I hired her to give me suggestions for each room. With this room by room guide, I went to work using new pieces and old to create a fabulous home that would entice Buyers! My home went under contract in 14 days, and I am so happy that I found Patricia to guide me in getting my home under contract!
