Sales Rep Jeff is extremely rude. We don't sell a lot due to them not marketing in our area. We had our sales rep call to inquire on a sample, he hung up in our sales rep face as well as our customers.

I have been in the solid surface industry since 1980. I knew Gene (the owner) a long time ago and recently had the opportunity to work with his solid surface called Hanex. Stalwart Systems is The best quartz supplier that I work with. They Keep me updated on changes, IE: Sales, New Samples, Discontinued items, etc. They are prompt, professional, and know their product. Stock on hand has never been an issue. On the one occasion, that I was after a discontinued product, which was no longer in most of the Hanstone distributors inventories, The Manager was able to get it for me quickly, from another distributor, and keep my project on time. Stalwart, has consistently proven to be a valuable business partner.
