Terrible company. First time round the door had a crack, had to point out to Yury that there was glue. The door was not level. He does not use a level. He was supposed to come by and fix some badly installed brackets floor brackets. See photos. He does NOT pay any attention to detail, just runs in to do the work. Tried contacting them but obviously he has changed their phone number or blocking us. Took payment in full and did a terrible job. Doors look great on the internet poor quality in person. Please read before using this company.

Ordered a bi fold A/C closet door for $649. Drove 2 hours & arrived to find a sketch warehouse with a non bi-fold door propped outside (with many scratches & hot glue hanging from the seams). Made appt to be there at 2pm and he texted that he was running out and a “friend” would be there with release forms. When I called Yury to tell him the issue, he shouted over and over at me “no it’s the right door, the door is right!!”, “there are no scratches!!”. I took pics, documented it and called my credit card to cancel and drove 2 hours back home without a door. Emailed me the next day to say “sorry about inconvenience...I can deliver or give refund”. No mention of him yelling at me or an apology for his behaviour. Yeah I wanted the door, but his behaviour was so rude and there was no acknowledgement of it, I didn’t want to give my money to his business. Purchase at your own risk here ...and use a credit card.

I contacted several companies and I am so happy I went with Star Doors. I had three custom doors made for three closets. It was very reasonable and they are beautiful. They were delivered and installed promptly. Another company said it could not be done the way I wanted, but Star Doors did it! I can't recommend enough.

I would not give this company even 1 STAR. The company is not professional at all and it is impossible to deal with them. JUST REMEMBER IF YOU BUY ANY PRODUCT IT IS FINAL. YOU WILL STACK WITH THE DOOR. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ABOUT ANY ISSUE YOU MIGHT HAVE AND LIFE TIME WARRANTY THAT THEY CLAIM IS A JOKE. I have very bad experience with the vendor. I ordered 2 doors. it is very poor quality and there are a lot of technical issues with the door itself. the door is not worth the money they charge you. One of door looks like the panels do not belong to one another and came from different orders. The panels are not aligning properly, the hinges makes a lot of noise when you are opening or closing the door. Very poor quality and made really cheap, not sturdy at all. it is very hard with this merchandise to work any exchange and return. They will refuse to work with you and blame you for everything.

I am so HAPPY that I found Star=Door Website while searching for "doors" !! We called and made an appointment for the next day. We went to the shop where Mury makes the doors to order, scheduled and appointment to have him measure our doors the same day....... 4 days later I have BEAUTIFUL DOORS in 2 bedrooms and hallway! My husband and I could not be happier with the doors. Everyone that I talked to was polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. In my opinion the doors look much more expensive than the price that we paid. You definitely should check out this product if looking for glass doors - you buy directly from the owner/manufacturer. Cutting out the middle man makes doors much more affordable and product is excellent quality in my opinion.

Julia was very helpful to find the best solution for my project. They built the closet doors very quickly and installed them right away, I am very please with the results. I will hire them again in the future. Thank you

Terrible people, terrible quality and terrible service. Pathological liars. We waited for our doors for 11 months! Finally they delivered part of project, partially damaged and very unprofessionally done. They responded to our request to fix the doors or refund our money by refusing, blocked us and didn't respond! BE AWARE!!!

We worked with Julia and Yuri on several projects together. They are very responsive and they only provide excellent quality doors. The last project we worked together they installed 5 different closet doors including bi-fold doors and sliding doors. Great installation and fast service. Thanks

I'm completely happy with my closet doors. They made the ordering process (and my life) easier and the product arrived here in Los Angeles better than I expected. With that said, I am placing another order for my bathroom farm door and hallway closet doors.

This super nice husband and wife owned business are the absolute best. I had called everyone in town as I have a very large closet opening and due to the fact I'm in a wheelchair I needed a hole in the track to accommodate my lift which I use for transferring. They came out the next day and did it in like two days. In the end the doors are much nicer and cheaper than Ikea, Lowes, or Home Depot.

This hard-working husband and wife team provides a service that is professional and courteous, plus high-quality craftsmanship and materials. My sliding glass closet Star-Doors are gorgeous and have gotten rave reviews from friends and neighbors.

Star-doors did a great job. We purchased sliding closer doors in a combination wood/white glass. We are extremely happy with the quality and look! Installed over Christmas holidays as well; very prompt and courteous company.
