The Vertical Connection Carpet One Floor and Home

Another great project completed thanks to Vertical Connection Carpet One. This was my second interaction with the company but first experience on the install side. We are so pleased with the carpet install in our tv room, and we were able to be scheduled before the new year and our second baby arrives. The installers worked very quickly, efficiently, and wore their masks and made me feel that they were taking covid precautions seriously. John gave us our quote and offered suggestions that appealed to us and our lifestyle (pets, kids, durability). Vikki was communicative as always and a joy to work with. Will definitely reach out and recommend to both real estate clients and I look forward to working with this company for my own personal home projects in the future!

I love working with the Vertical Connection! They are extremely knowledgeable and have a tremendous selection of products. If you can't find it at the Vertical Connection then it's probably not worth having. The service is also top rate. From the sales and selection process to the delivery and installation the Vertical Connection is First Class.

Called for an in-home consult for new LVP flooring since we are just lifting the stay at home order. Nick came out a few days later with samples. He was very thorough and we decided on the project that day. The installers started the next week, did a great job with the flooring and came back the next week and finished the trim and the stairs. We love our floors! Chose it for the dogs and the wood feel is warm and cushioned.

Vertical Connections installed a carpet in my bedroom that was supposed to have Scotch Guard on it, but it must have been applied to the back. I have two large dogs and carpets get dirty, but I have never seen such discoloration in just a few months. It really detracts from the room. Vertical Connection was totally unresponsive.

We have had some issues with our Hunter Douglas remote-controlled blinds. Vertical Connection has been with us all the way in trying to get the issue resolved - even past the warrantee time period. We appreciate their interest in getting us to delighted.

I can highly recommend Vertical Connection! We used them a few years ago for a dining room area rug and just recently used them for a new living room area rug. My sales person, Steve, was beyond patient with me as I think I looked at every sample in the store! You will not be disappointed!

We have used the Vertical Connection for over 20 years. Their professionalism and the work they do is always amazing. We very recently tiled a bathroom, carpeted our steps and hallway and thought we’d be putting a wood floor in our bedroom and unfortunately the floor in one area had settled too much for flooring to be used. With 2 phone calls, the men doing the work had arranged for carpet that matched the carpet in the all to be picked up and everything was still Installed the same day. We were able to return the wood flooring thanks to a call from the owner of the Vertical Connection. They are worth every penny!!

They are a mom and pop retailer and I had the pleasure working with Adam, he made the process so easy was so professional and knowledgable and even was so flexible rescheduling due to construction delays! I will always use them for my flooring needs , no more big box retailers!

Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Stephanie was great. She helped us with carpet and window treatment selections quickly and easily so we could coordinate with our contractor's schedule. The installs were prompt (and even a little early). All packing was taken away. We are a repeat customer.

We have learned over the years that the key element for project success is installation. That's where Vertical Connection really shines. Their selection of floor coverings is excellent, but I could probably buy much of it elsewhere. However, nobody beats them when it comes to installation. This time we had Tracy and Dave redoing our kitchen floor, which was complicated by the fact that one of the old refrigerator's hoses had been leaking (unnoticed by us) eventually causing the old floor surface to buckle. We needed to have it removed and replaced quickly. Even though this is a relatively small kitchen, the salesman was happy to bring samples out for us to view onsite. As soon as the order arrived, Tracy and Dave showed up and spent most of the day making sure that the job was done perfectly. They were pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I highly recommend Vertical Connection.

We took advantage of the free design consulting. Stephanie walked us through the process of choosing hard wood floors and window treatments. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. The floors are amazing!!! The installers did a great job on the floors and treatments.
