I have used them for a few years now and they have been amazing. If a problem pops up with the house, I know that I can call them and it will be taken care of. They do all the regular maintenance plus a lot of things that we would not have thought to check.

HPS has done the maintenance on our Atherton home for 19 years and has done an outstanding job. Our team knows this house well, has always been competent, courteous, professional and has gone out of its way to help in any way they can. If there is a problem between quarterly service, they attend to it promptly. If they cannot handle it, they help find the professionals who can get the job done. This home was new when I moved in, so there have been no major projects, but I would not hesitate to involve them in any job that needed to be done on this property. They are the best.

HPS is a phenomenal service that I've been using since 2014. They take great care of every part of my home from regular maintenance inside and outside (leaky faucets, servicing hvac, appliance maintenance, cleaning gutters, etc.) to special projects like procuring and installing a new water heater, and installing an electric car charger. And they are incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. They always get back to me immediately and have come over to help out on nights and weekends whenever necessary. Also without fail, they complete their work in a timely manner, and also quote prices consistently lower than what I get on my own (given all the great partnerships and relationships they have). So not only do they save me a lot of time, they end up saving me money too. i would recommend any homeowner use HPS. I never want to own a home without them!
