Paid to have grease trap pumped. My wife meet guy who was nice enough. But when I got there he was already gone. Checked trap to find it was still caked with grease no scrap down of grease. Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cashed the check right away. If u want it done right use someone else. Thanks for nothing.

Update - This was completely a miscommunication at our end for which we take full responsibility. Our Septic Manager, Zach, reached out this morning and explained this to the customer. We returned and re-did the grease trap cleaning today at no charge and will be taking care of the customer's next scheduled grease trap service at no charge as well to compensate them for their trouble. Again, my apologies on behalf of the entire team at Stone Industries.

I recently purchased a home in ballston spa and stone industries had conducted the inspect. there was a slight over site on the initial inspection. But after purchasing the home, stone industries was awesome identifying the issue and rectifying the problem. stone truly stands behind there work and i would recommend their services.

Stone Industries did a great job installing septic system. They tend to be a busy so you might have to wait a bit. But they are punctual, friendly and do a great job. I would recommend them over any other.

The company conducted a septic tank inspection. The individuals conducting the inspection were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The individuals discovered that the septic system needed repairs. I received a prompt estimate of the repair work needed together with a statement detailing the repairs needed and cost of repairs.
