Dee Hawkins was wonderful to work with! She spent so much time helping me select the pavers and coping for our pool project! Dee found the correct color of pavers based on inspirational photos and then found the correct material based on our climate. Dee stayed in contact with me about the shipment date and followed up after the shipment arrived. She has a true gift with design and with connecting with people.

I ordered some Sawyer Mason flooring and the sales person was very helpful. They sent me samples to help figure out what color I wanted and were very knowledgeable about the product. I live like an hour away from their showroom so that really helped. My floors look lovely btw!

The sales staff was fabulous! I cannot praise their professionalism enough--with one exception noted below. The problem is the product. We ordered a large quantity of wide board flooring. It arrived cracked, shredded and even burned in places. Their excuse was the shipping company. However, the only way it could have been the shipping company was if they put the wood into a giant blender and pulsed for a few seconds and then chopped and roasted the remains! The salesman happily assured us that he is glad that the shipping company will have to compensate them for their losses (a little unprofessional to put that in an email). We refused the delivery and they have promised to issue a full credit for the amount paid so the story has a mediocre ending. It could have been worse but we will never use Stonewood Products for another project. Never.

We recently completed a large landscape project at our house in Chatham. It included a stone wall a blue stone patio, a new entry way of field and blue stone, and tumbled blue stone steps and walkways. Stonewood supplied all of the materials and they were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful with design ideas and the selection of materials. We were able to see all of the materials before we finalized our design. We could not be more please. Great company.

i purchased Sawyer Mason's structured flooring for the main floor of my home from Stonewood Products in the fall of 2017. The installation was completed in March, 2018. It was a pleasure working with Lisa who expertly guided me on the selection of the right flooring and patiently answered numerous questions before and after the purchase. Other members of the team were equally helpful. Lisa and the Stonewood team receive high markets in terms of product knowledge and customer service. The showroom is also a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend this company and am very happy with the end result, beautiful hardwood floors.

I ordered Shiplap Paneling | Nickel Gap for our home in Chicago. The salesman I initially worked was not detail oriented, and the order did not go out in the timing I expected. When it did arrive, it was 5" instead of the 6" I wanted, so there wasn't enough. When I called back to get more materials I spoke with Customer Service Manager, Tim Nance. Mr. Nance was not only incredibly easy to work with, he got out the materials quickly. Candidly, I would have given a much lower rating, except for Mr. Nance's superior professionalism and commitment to a positive buying experience for me. The product was in great condition and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Tim!

The showroom is beautiful, open and inviting with arrangements of outdoor furniture and fire pit options. As far as products go, they have the best selection around. They have beautiful hard woods and stone, we've done our entire house and our patio using their products. Wonderful staff and beautiful showroom. I highly recommend for your building/remodeling needs!
