I was looking for a very basic (or so I thought) matte black subway tile for one of our customers, a small order, just 75 sq. ft.. I called every company that sold Emser tiles near me, and not one could provide the correct finish and size, except of course Emser, the manufacturer. I had already gotten a quote from Emser, but I decided to call a number I had jotted down while searching the internet for this tile. Kristi answered and was by far, the most helpful, friendly, and efficient sales manager I have ever come across in this industry. She was absolutely amazing and had the order ready the following day and available for us to pick up from a local Emser tile store in my state. I still do not know how she did it, but she beat out EVERYONES quote. EVERYONES!!!! She is the very best! Before I order for our other jobs now, I first check Stone Wood's website. If they have what we are looking for, I would go with Stone Wood over anyone in a heartbeat!!

This company and Cindy were excellent to work with. We had construction delays from other contractors and she was willing and able to adjust and still be ready when we needed her to be responsive. I would highly recommend this reliable and knowledgeable team. The installation was stellar and the final product perfect. I wish the other contractors had been as top notch as she and her team were.

I selected beautiful Silestone Quasar quartz counter tops, Adex 2x8 white subway tile backsplash and Glazzio Crystile tan 1x3 accent tiles for my kitchen remodel. I worked with Krisit, and she did an awesome job of helping with the design and selectioin of my tile and quartz. All services were very professionally delivered. There were a few defective tiles in my shipment, but Stone Wood worked quickly to get replacments and make it right for me. Also, I found Stone Wood to have an incredible selection of quartz and tile - which was not the case with many other suppliers, especially with the tile. Also compated to Parr design center, the Stone Wood prices were better and I got professional , personalized design assistance. Great value. \\

Commented: What is the tile above the botanical deco?Thanks for the inquiry. The tile above the Botanical Deco is the Neri flat 6" x 6" field tile, separated by a 1.4" x 6" Chair Molding. I hope that this helps you out. Kristi.

Commented: Lovely! Which Adex tile is this, and what is the countertop material?Thank you for your comments. The Adex tile is their Hampton Crackle Beveled 3 x 6 subway tile in Bone color. The counter top is a Bianco Spring 3 cm granite.
