G&S Enterprice Construction Services Corp was started in 1999, providing Stucco (EIFS) metal framing, drywall, in apartment units, Commercial and Residential. In subsequent years we have grown in size to a company with an average of 120 field personnel and 5 office employees, and have vastly expanded our capabilities and services. Our supervisory staff has over 15 years of experience in our areas of expertise. We are constantly exploring the market for products that will increase our productivity, product quality, and end user satisfaction. For example, we are one of a few companies worldwide that has the machinery that allows us to bend steel track to various radius and arc shapes, greatly reducing the cost of framing this type of construction. The services we provide are typically the construction that is on the "critical path" of a construction schedule. Knowing this, we understand the concept of "teamwork" as part of the construction process. We make every effort to work with others on site, and in the office, helping to coordinate the efforts necessary to get the project built on time and within budget. We understand this goal also contributes to the entire team's profitability.
