V3 Studio Berzunza

This is now my 3rd home that I have done brand new landscaping too and I have to say Vladimir's creativity, ability to listen and understand the vision I had and putting it onto paper has far exceeded my expectations. He loves his projects and it shows with every project looking different and custom tailored to each individual owners needs. Most of the other architects who I interviewed and did a project check on has the same basic backyard layout without any special detail. Almost like they copied and pasted the simplest design they could so they can cash out. He shows up the jobsites, is in constant communication and wants his projects to turn out great. I had many people come by and ask me who was the architect of my place and constantly refer people to him. If you want someone with a fresh perspective and someone who cares deeply about what they are doing, Studio Berzunza should be your top choice.

Mr. Berzunza did landscaping design for my home in Irvine last year. He did very modern style for my home at this time, of course he utilized his basic knowledge of the city code and regulations on the plan with excellent in hardscaping design of BBQ stand, fire pit, sitting areas, and 5' raise up walls in the back yards, sink with countertop in the CA room and some openings at the wall, as well as court yard's sculpture design and front yard's raised up for the bigger and modern/ contemporary look. I recommend him strongly for the landscaping design for the modern and contemporary large or mansion style home for the beach community.

As mentioned before, Vladimir has a lot of passion for his work and it shows in the finished design. We're extremely happy to have him work on our project. His ideas and concepts are uniquely catered to not only his vision but also the style of the house, the environment that it's in, and of course, our personal taste. It sounds complicated to be able to mesh all of that, but somehow he makes it work. We'd definitely work with him again.

I found Studio Berzunza's design concepts fresh and stylish. It's clear that Vladimir really enjoys his work because he has creative contemporary ideas that make a project come alive, but he remains cognizant of the overall style of the property. He has a good working knowledge of the latest trends in design and building materials. I found him responsive and reasonably priced. Vladimir designed two projects for me and I would use him again.

We hired Vladimir through a highly rated landscaping service on Yelp. We could not be happier with our landscaping results. Vladimir created a contemporary design patio cover, tv wall, water feature, and firepit. The amount of design detail on the project was insane, which is probably why the project took over 4 months of non stop work to complete. He worked with our interior designers to bring a cohesive indoor/outdoor experience to our home. All the custom furnishings, hardscape, and planting flow together seamlessly. We're so happy with the results we have already referred V3 Studios to several of our neighbors and friends.

We had one of the best experiences here! Vlad was able to put EXACTLY what we want into a 3d image and help us identify plant types and seasons. He truly is a dream to work with!
