Nathan was the tech who responded to my call about a "stuck" outdoor door hardware. Nathan disassembled the lock, and found that over the 9 years of usage an internal piece of metal had slipped out of its place. So he just "clicked" it back in place. Then he thoroughly cleaned the accumulated gunk inside. Our expensive Schlage hardware was now "good as new"! Nathan saved me the cost of buying replacement hardware. I appreciate how he explained everything he did, and was friendly, highly competent, and professional. Thanks, Nathan!

If you ever have need for a locksmith, look no further then Get Locksmith. While most companies talk about customer service – this company actually lives it. I went to their shop in Bellaire to procure their services to unlock some storage units where I had lost the keys. I was the perfect customer for a service business – desperate for their services and ready to pay, but this company responded with a business practice rarely seen in today's world: honesty and integrity. It would have been easy to take my money and send someone to open my locks. Instead, they told me how to drill out the locks myself, and if that didn't work (it did), to come back. Their reasoning, “we don't want our customers spending money needlessly.” A selfless concept by an outstanding company!
